Boot into Safe Mode

Hit F5 while its booting or F8 to get a menu both will work, F5 goes straight into safe mode, F8 gives you the menu to choose between a few optons, safe mode with network, last usable, normal, etc

Bypass the Administrator Password

Boot into a [Linux Live CD] and move:

  C:\windows\system32\config\sam

into a different folder, then the password will be empty. Now you can just login as Administrator, and reset the password, because you forgot which password you used or something along those lines.
