Many times we come across users who have been hosting with us a while and they're site has become extremely popular for whatever reason that is. Common symptoms of this is are repeated CPU Exceeded Errors, Slow MYSQL Queries, and multiple site Suspensions for Performance reasons, Invalid Key File Errors, and so on. While these users are sometimes a nuisance or problem users with poorly designed sites, many of these customers are also very concerned customers who just need to be given the understanding that they've simply outgrown our services.
